So, I am whinking of buying AMD FX-8350, because my CPU is kind off getting old, and I'm looking at those two motherboards...
which one would work best and right out of the box with this processor? I need an answer as quickly as possible.

Well I'm on a budget. And I'm wondering if Gygabyte GA-970A-DS3P would work straight out of the box with FX-8320 or FX-8350? Also it supports CrossFireX, does it also support SLI?

Yes GA-970A-DS3P (rev. 1.0) will work. No Issue. It does not support SLI.

I just went to their page where it says: To enable AM3+ AMD FX-Series CPU support, please update your motherboard with the most current BIOS found in your motherboard’s download section.

How do I flash the BIOS? If you care to explain that to me too?

Exactly where it is mentioned on their web site. Pl send me the direct link. Internet speed is very pathetic here. PAge is not loading.

And I don't need any other CPU for flashing as they state on some other forums? Like if FX-8350 is not supported I would have to use an older CPU, flash the BIOS and then reinstall FX-8350?

Pl check this link taken from their site:

Just make sure that your mobo's BIOS is F1, if it is then the CPU will work. Also have you checked the TDP of CPU. It is 125W. Too much heat. Are you sure about your choice

Where are you from and what's your budget for CPU+Board.

I don't like either of these two with the FX-8*** series because of the 4+2 Phase. Personally experience, they don't go well.

Well I don't have that much money for Intel i5s or i7, and the next-generation of consoles have 8-cores soo... But can I even start the computer with that CPU or do I have to get another one just fo the sake of flashing the BIOS for it to work?

You can start with the CPU fine, I put an FX-8320 into my UD3P with no bios update. It depends again on what version you buy.

What is your budget for this mobo+cpu

I advise FX-8320+strong board over fx-8350+weaker board.

The next generation of consoles have 8 cores, So what? It's just rumour that PC games will start utilising 8 cores. Some don't even utilise four yet.

Dear,

Here is the answer. You don't need to update the BIOS. Mobo will work straight out of the box. Your CPU is mentioned in the CPU Support list as Since BIOS: F1, which means it will work without BIOS update.

For more confirmation, pl read this thread. (It took me some 35 minutes to sort this issue) Sorry for late reply.
