Hi there,

I know the budget is very low, but I'd appreciate any suggestions on a new system to buy for basic video editing. The budget does not include a monitor. I'll use Adobe Premier Pro for the video editing, and the videos might even be GoPro Full HD videos.

We use a few laptops in our office that have core i3's that can handle the requirement, but are looking to move this to a desktop.

Also, we have the option of upgrading one of our exisiting machines: a G620 with 4 GB ram, instead of picking up a completely new system.
