Can'y play 5.1 games with audio card

Hi guys,
I have the (creative) SB Audigy SE audio card and i can't play 5.1 in games.I have all the drivers update ,i have the ALchemy program and dosen't work in any game.This is not the only problem , from 5 speakers only 3 are working and my subwoofer dosen't work (in games).
If i can't play 5.1 in games i wish at least make the subwoofer work.

If you are using windows 7 or 8 only three will work.
That is classed as 2.1 sound.

To set a 5.1 system up you must right click on the speaker icon in windows.
Then click on playback devices.
Right click on speakers.

And configure the speaker set up in windows to 5.1.
