Hey guys, I'm debating between these two headsets to use with both my PC and Xbox One. I already bought the A50s, and I do like them...except for one thing, they have this "tinny" sound to them that I just can't seem to shake. I use Razer's Surround software on the PC which helps to alleviate it a little, but on my One, I just can't. It's almost like the treble range has a slight "echo" to it, or maybe that the treble tone isn't quite warm enough. I use Aviators as my standard headphones for everything else, and I love how they sound, and want a headset that I can use for chat on my Xbox One that sounds just as good. If it weren't for needing a chat mic I'd use my Aviators on everything. I know most people want to tell me to use an external mic but I don't know how that would translate with the new Headset Adapter coming out.
Bottom line, I want an all-in-one solution that sounds good. Do the Chimaera's sound better than the A50s as far as the issue I'm having is concerned? I've looked all over for someone that has compared the two, to no avail.
