Just built a new system (but haven't bought a new video card yet) and was wondering if the psu will be enough for a sapphire r9 290 tri-x oc.
Currently have:
Intel core i5 4670 3.4ghz
Gigabyte h87m-d3h
8gb crucial dd3 1600 ram
Samsung 1tb 7200rpm
Cooler master v650s
Also, if im only going to game on one monitor (although may get a second monitor when I can afford it) at 1080p is the r9 290 a bit overkill? I dont want to have to buy a new card for about 3 years. Otherwise im looking at a gtx 770.
