The Nvidia GTX 650TI boost is out of stock everywhere. Was it discontinued? If it was discontinued what is a good replacement in the same price range? Thanks.

it is not discontinued. Due to it's high demand, people have already bought whatever was in stock. So, new buyers have to wait until new stock arrives to online sellers again.
