Hi there my current system is:

450W PSU
6GB RAM
Asus FM2 uATX Motherboard
AMD A-Series A4-4000 APU (x2 3.00GHz)
Gigabyte GTX 660 2GB DDR5

I know my CPU is bottlenecking my system. I ran Assassin's Creed Black Flag on medium settings and both my CPU's cores are maxed at 85% + and my GPU is at 30-40% usage sometimes less.

From an article I read, the 760K Richland 3.8GHz Socket FM2 100W AMD CPU is a decent budget end gaming PC. Since my current CPU is at 65W and this one is 100W does this mean I will need to upgrade my power supply if I purchase a high wattage CPU? Thanks

You shouldn't have too. The 7600k chip is an APU(cpu with gpu) and you have a gtx660 so the GPU part shouldn't be running with your current card active. That would drop the power used on the chip I would assume. So it may be right around the same power consumed anyway.

If anyone knows more, correct me if I'm wrong.
