I upgraded my GTX 670 to a GTX 780ti. I am going to put my 670 into my son's machine, leaving me with a GTX 650. I run a dual monitor setup. I only game on one and use the other for browsing (current game's wiki, info, etc...).

My questions are: Should I use the 650 as a dedicated PhysX card...or should/could I run my NON-gaming monitor on the 650 and just my active gaming monitor with the 780ti (I'm unsure if that is even possible)? Or should I just stick with both monitors on the 780ti and do nothing with the 650?

Thanks for any advice, thoughts, or ideas.

The 780 ti is more than enough to meet your needs; no need for a dedicated PhysX card.
