Will a MSI Radeon R7 260X OC 2GB DDR5 work on a rig like that? :

Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5500 2.80 GHz
M.Board MSI G31TM-21
RAM 2 GB DDR2
HDD 500GB SATA
PSU 450 Watt

You experts would know that ...so..waiting for ur help...

Thanks !

Solution
R7 260x is 115W card on max load, so it will need a 6 pin PCI-E supplementary power cable from PSU, do your PSU have one ? If so then you can try your luck, but I wouldn't recommend that unless its a decent PSU like XFX, Seasonic, and so on.

And the GPU will need atleast 9.5 Ampere from PSU itself.

An PREMIER LC-8460-BTX, 450W / ATX12V v2.2 / Connectors: 2x PATA, 2x SATA, 1x MB 20+4, 1x CPU 4pin, 1x FDD / 120mm Fan / European Power Cord - CE, ROHS / bulk
would do the job ?

That does not have the right connector and doesn't sound like a quality supply
