Will a i5 750 bottleneck a GTX 770? I used to have a GTX 570 and could run most games fine. I got a nice deal on a GTX 770 and I don't notice much of an improvement in FPS when I play the same games.

It could on some CPU intensive games. But I would think you should notice overall improvement. What games are you not seeing improvements? what are the differences? What are your system components?

Also, make sure the game did not 'auto adjust' your graphics settings...

At stock speeds yes, it'll hold back the GTX770, even more so if you're playing on a monitor with lower than 1080 resolution.
Two fixes:
Crank up the eye candy, it'll give the 770 more to do.
Overclock the i5-mine's running very happily at a modest 3.4GHz on a equally modest Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus (the one before the Evo).

the I5 is overclocked to 3.8 ghz and I got a new heatsink. The games I'm noticing drops in are Total War: Shogun 2, Team Fortress 2(which makes no sense), Battlefield 4, and Assassins Creed IV. I run them all at 1920x1080, before on my 570 I would get about 45 fps on Shogun at Medium High settings. I used the same settings but only get 35-40 fps, I updated the bios on my evga classified p55 200 and everything but I'm not running things as I should.
