So I restarted my laptop running windows 8 so updates could be installed. I've been stuck for over an hour on "installing update 14 of 20" and the blue circle is still spinning. All the other help threads have given advice to change this thing or open up that setting, but I can't make it stop to do any of those things. Power button doesn't not force a shutdown. What do I do? Thank you.
