Up to 150W for the GPU and the rest of your PC should not be going over 150W but i am not that knowledgable on older hardware.
Should work but as bignastyid said, getting a better/higher grade PSU is better.

It might, but there is also a chance it will work for a awhile fail and damage the other components in the system. Thats the risk when using a low quality PSU, and the risk is even greater when you put them under a load, even if that load is lower that what they are supposedly rated for. You could spend $35(http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100w10430kr) on a better PSU now or pay for a new system when that low quality PSU dies.

Okay i am going to get this:
PSU http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/thunder/thunder-500w/
and r7 260x OC graphic card.
Is this GPU going to work good with my Intel core 2 duo E7500 2.93 Ghz CPU ??
