Toshiba Laptop I3 *gb ram, 1tb hdd with a white screen when powered on

Hello

I have white screen on my laptop as soon as I hit the power button. I have replaced LCD, RAM, HDD and video connector cable and still left with same issue. The display works perfect if I plug in an external monitor. I am at a complete loss on this and could really use some help. What am I missing here?

Screen was installed properly I had the white screen before and that is why I changed the screen,. I thought maybe the screen was bad. New screen does the same thing as soon as I hit the power button it comes up solid white. I thought maybe the video connector was bad since it was working on external monitor so I replaced that as well but still ended with same result. I had read that bad ram could do this but after replacing both ram sticks I still had the same white screen. Then I read about a white screen virus so I scanned the hell out of it with every thing I have and didnt find anythig. Just replaced the HDD to rule it out. Reinstalled windows 7 using the external monitor, rebooted without the external and damn if the screen was still white! I am lost at this point..
