Solution
The problem is the i5-4670k and i7-4770k aren't really powerful enough, unless highly overclocked, to push more than 2 GPUs at once. In games that support SLI, the pair of 760s will perform better right out of the gate. Now, if you were to play a game not supporting SLI, you're restricting yourself to a single 760, which is why we usually recommend a stronger single card. Going with the single 780 now, and getting a second 780 later, will destroy the kind of performance you can get with 2-way 760s, as well as have the VRAM to stay relevant much longer.

In the end, it's your call, I just wanted to toss in my reasoning for recommending the single 780 as something to think about.
Changed the SSD and PSU around to get you some more overclocking headroom, and more storage for games. Also went to a single 780, which will make everything quieter and cooler, and give you the option to get 2-way SLI of 780s in the future :)

The 3GB of VRAM, especially in SLI, will be better long-term than a couple of 760s.
