Printer not printing

I recently installed a network printer and a local printer (via USB). I've done a test print which went through to both of them.

But my computer isn't letting me print anything after that.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

I also want to add I just tested a test print on the printer and it came out fine. When I open outlook or chrome to print something it's either grayed out or not printing.

What printer and what does it show in Printers and Devices? Is it grey there or set for default? Rebooted your computer and the printer? If all else, try getting the latest drivers from their website and uninstall the old, install the new.
