OS windows 7 running 2003 outlook set up e-mail account only from road runner and outlook when I open the app requires me to enter my password every time before it will download my e-mails. I have made sure remember my password box is checked. When I go back to check the set up of the account in out look the remember the password box is checked buy the password is missing.
