I recently bought a gaming desktop but i think i went to cheap on the cpu, i forked out 700 for the following-
Intel Core i3-4130@3.4

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit Edition

4 x 2GB = 8GB DDR3-1333 Gaming Grade Memory Module

500GB 7200RPM Hard Disk Drive

LG Dual Format/Double Layer DVD-RW Slot-Loading Drive

Intel Core Fan

NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 2GB Graphics Card

Should I think about Upgrading my CPU considering I play browser and client based games online.
Graphics quality is great but gaming speed and browser speeds can be slow. Not sure if this is do to internet connectivity or otherwise.

Solution
The system spec you have listed is an entry gaming rig, it is fairly well balanced

Weakest Component is GFX - a simple upgrade of your GFX will improve you gaming experience
Min of GT 640 or GTX 650 or better depending on your budget
An upgrade in Processor to say I5 will help with games like BF3, Sim City which better utilize more cores

So do you think I should upgrade my CPU? the graphics quality looks good so not worried about that.

The 4130 is more capable as a CPU than a GT 630 is as a GPU. I think the GPU could do with an upgrade. Then again, if you're just playing browser games it might not be an issue. I'm honestly surprised someone would sell that build for $700, it's very low spec for the price.

It's always worth checking your internet speed: http://www.speedtest.net/

Hang on a minute, the CPU isn't that bad considering its the new haswell you aren't getting much better for the price. That being said they are right about the GPU and the rest of the system, I think you have spent way to much on this one...
