I've been trying to play TF2 and Garrys-Mod, but for some reason my fps decides it going to drop to 10 fps. Ok, let me show you this. Battlefield Bad Company high settings 30-60 fps Call of Duty Ghosts high settings 30-60 fps, G-Mod low settings 10 fps. What the heck is up with this! This is my third try for answer for this, but I think it has something to do with the source engine. Someone please help! This is pissing me off!

How much RAM is your system supposed to have? according to what you posted it looks like only 5.3 GBs... but that makes no sense as RAM shouldn't be at the number.
Is Drive 2 your SSD and boot drive? is Steam installed on it?
What about Half-Life 2 or something, how does that run?
Source is REALLY old at this point, and shouldn't tax a system like yours at all.

I should have 6 gb ram but I don't don't know why. I do not think I have steam installed on my second drive, but I don't know if it is my boot drive, Don't have any other source games but most of them run good except for Ace of Spades and Americas army. But I can run Battlefield bad company 2 CoD Ghosts and skyrim on high settings

Have you tried actually adjusting the settings? How does it run on the lowest settings? medium? it could be one setting just doesn't like your computer.
An APU isn't really designed for game playing in the first place, but it seems to do okay for you for Skyrim and ect.
Might want to try asking on the steam forums, as this does seem to be a problem with source specifically.
I figured out where your .7 GBs of RAM went, your APU is using it for your graphics.

On the lowest settings I get about 15 fps. do you know what multicore rendering does and windows aero extensions do I think one of those might cause my problems.

Well windows Aero WILL eat up your processing power for no good reason other than to make windows look "better."

Have you tried running the games in windowed mode with task manager or HWmonitor open to see how much they are taxing your CPU?

Do you have V-sync turned on or off ingame?

how fragmented is your hard drive?/have you defraged your hard drive recently/ever?

What do your CPU temps look like while running those games?
