So, would I be better off getting 8320 with AM3+ 970 MSI 970A-G43 and could I do a reasonable overclock with it orrrrr should I go for a somewhat more expensive option, which is i5 4440 with a yet undecided board and I'd really appreciate if someone could pick one from this link only: http://www.winwin.ba/racunari-i-komponente/racunarske-komponente/maticne-ploce.html?p=9 it's in a different language but I'm sure you'll figure it out, notice where it says KM, that's the currency, which should be less than 110 or around it..
I'll be mainly using it for gaming and web/graphic design.

A 970 board might not support a large overclock, I could be wrong though.

With that being said, an i5-4670k (I know, not the i5-4440) is about equal or better than the 8320.

But if you cannot get a better (990 chipset) board to support the 8320 and overclock it, the i5-4440 would likely be better.

The i5 4440 would be the best pick. I wouldn't even attempt to overclock, nor even put an 8 series chip in the low end MSI 970 boards. The only 970 boards I would even consider a mild overclock on would be the M5A97 R2.0 from ASUS, or the GA-970A-UD3(P) from Gigabyte. Below that, don't bother.

For your usage the intel solution would be the better choice.

In order to overclock a processor you also need a air/liquid cooling system. Do you have budget for that?
If you wanna overclock then FX 8320 should be the choice for you, its fully unlocked. Core i5 4440 isnt fully unlocked, its partially unlocked.
However, Core i5 processors are always showing us better performance in gaming or any single threaded applications because of its better single core performance. So you wont be a loser if you buy a i5 4440. A B85 Chipset board is enough for the 4440 if you dont wanna overclock it. Otherwise you need at least a H87 chipset motherboard or it will be better if you can manage a z87 chipset motherboard.

I'm kind of limited to 4440 as K's are more expensive and wouldn't really fit into my budget, so I wouldn't be overclocking..

I see.. I probably wouldn't be overclocking i5, so is $30 difference in price between these two really justified for what I need it?

Yes, an i5-4440 with a B85 chipset motherboard is more than enough for you, I believe.
