How to apply heatsink with thermal paste preapplied?

How should I attach the heatsink to the cpu when the heatsink came with thermal paste already applied? should i heat it up or comething?

Nope, just follow the instructions. Insert the CPU into the motherboard, make sure it's sat correctly and close the latch. Then sit the heatsink on top and attach it in place using the mechanism provided, no need to do anything fancy to the thermal paste.
