PC Cannot Connect to Google Chrome, Skype, etc. Despite Strong Internet Signal

My PC won't load any webpages, Skype, or Steam even though it tells me I am connected through my house's router. All other computers in my house work fine. Restarting my computer, restarting my router, and deleting Hamachi have not fixed it. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Alright I got that screen up and everything seems normal I do have an IP, however for "Media State" it says disconnected and there is nothing after "Default Gateway" are these problems?
