I just bought myself "1984" by Van Halen, and wanted to add it to my iTunes library, but when I try to do this I simply can't, because it takes forever for the album to import itself from CD to library but when it finally makes it, there are only song names without their playtime shown.

The drive can read it, and it reckognizes the cover, the songs and all this, but can't play the music or import it to my PC. Both Windows Media Player and iTunes have this problem.
The CD is not the problem in this case, because same thing happend to "Face Value" by Phil Collins.

I tried deleting the "upperfilter" from the Reg. but it didn't do anything, and there is no lowerfilter option. Updated the drivers, deleted them and restarted the PC to let them reinstall. Still nothing.
What's worth adding, is thath my PS3 can read this CD's with no problem at all. And also, very rarely Windows Media Player manages to play the first song but it's quality is completely trash with disortions etc.
Anyone help?

your ps3 can rip cd's too, add your pc's library to it and it can rip them over the network right into your pc.

Google for it, theres lots of how-to's out there.
