Noisy Asus OEM Fans

I have an ASUS M11AD and find the stock fans way too noisy and are either running too fast or are of cheap build. With the CPU temp being 25 c, should the CPU fan be running 1500 rpm and the chassis be 2600 rpm just setting there doing nothing? How can I slow them down?

My system has Al Suite II, but does not offer any type of fan control, only monitoring.

I have the latest version, but the advanced configuration button that is shown in the user's manual is not there!

No, it seems that ASUS has taken the features out of this version. I guess that I am going to have to find an add on software to do this... though I don't think Fan Xpert 2 is available for this system.

So frustrating! All of the functions to change fan settings either in the bios or Ai suite II have been disabled for the the H81M-A motherboard when installed in the M11AD desktop system. The only response I get from ASUS support is to rate their response to me which has been, "I am helping you, for your issue, I have passed it to the relatived department, they are discussing it. Please wait, if news on it, I will reply to you."
