USB2 header to SD card reader

So, there are a lot of these around, but I'm looking for an SD card reader that only accepts an SD card. Similar to what laptops and tablets have.

I don't need or want a 14-in-1 or a 40-in-1. Preferably I want it to just be a board with mounting holes. Does something like this exist? I'm wanting to use it in an embedded project, so size matters and I don't have a standard 5.25" or 3" bay to mount it in.

Well if you are handy with a dremel and can cut an access hole you could remove the cover and mount/hotglue something like this on the inside

I did but used a multi card reader.

Not exactly what I was looking for but a very good suggestion! Thanks!
