computer keeps shutting down help

HI

my computer keeps shutting down then restarting up again then shutting down,

I have a

asrock z77 extreme 4 m
gaming series corsair 600
cooler master evo
i5 3570k
8gb gskill ripjaws

if anyone could help i would appreciate it and is there any guides with pictures that teach you how to build a computer

Any lights on your mobo when it fails? Check your motherboard book for what each light means.. It's possible you have a bent pin in your cpu socket among many other things.. Bad psu or bad OC etc. has it ever worked?

it has worked without the graphics card installed,booted up to the bios screen,then i go to start it up again eveything works,all the fans work,the led lights works,the power supply works with led but the fan stops spinning after 5 seconds,the computer starts up then shuts down then starts up again repeatedly,there is no lights on the mobo
