I used avg disk doctor to check if there were any problems with my hardware. It got stuck at 27% for 24 hours. I restarted the PC and it wouldn't start up. It had errors. It would automatically go to recovery. I've tried all the F8 start up settings and still wouldn't boot up (file: \windows]system32\winload.efi error 0x000001). I also tried going into bios and it had a password. I tried 123456 and 000000 as passwords but that that wasn't the password. Lastly I tried F10 for the Acer E-recovery boot that wouldn't boot as well. It Every time I press F10 it goes directly to:

"Edit Windows boot options for: Windows 8.1

Path: \WINDOWS\system32\winload.efi

Partition: {d0a604c8-cedd-41cb-ab96-5277fa63525}
Hard Disk: {63ceb101-2553-4478-89ce-2268af6cbd21}

Someone please help me with this issue

Beginning to look like you have a hardware problem, best check out your HDD with a bootable disk. If you have access to another machine capable of burning a CD try Seatools.
http://www.seagate.com/support/internal-hard-drives/consumer-electronics/ld25-series/seatools-dos-master/
Or a USB drive

If you have no success running the diagnostics (i.e. the software fails to run) then try checking your RAM

Again burn to disk or USB drive
Remember to change your Boot Order when booting from CD or USB
