System not booting up

I bought a barebones kit with a Asus M5A977 R2.0 system board, Kingwin max power 650 W and a Nvidia Geoforce 210 display card. The system does not boot up nor do I get anything on the monitor. There is a EATX12V connector on the system board for which I cannot find the right power connectors . Can I please get some help with this

Power supply is listed as having a 2 x 4-pin +12V Power Connector. This is a 4+4 design that can be split if you only have a 4-pin P4 connector on the motherboard. You should be able to use that.
