E8400 @3.2Ghz / can't push it more .. why ?!

Gigabyte G41MT-S2PT G41 Chipset
Core2Duo E8400 @3Ghz/6M
2GB Kingston

cannot push it more than 343*9.5 = 3.250Ghz

DRAM timing and cpu voltage are still on default

any help ?!

If you have proper cpu/case cooling and a reliable power supply, you can try to increase the cpu voltage in small increments. This should allow for a little more OC headroom, but be VERY CAREFUL. Improperly setting the voltages can physically damage your hardware.
Also, you can try dropping the overall RAM frequency a little bit. This will help to stabilize the memory controller and the overall system. However, this will reduce the speed of your RAM, but it is unlikely to be noticeably slower in normal system operation.

What I have found personally is:
Higher overclock = more CPU voltage + lower RAM frequency.

e8400 has no problems overclocking. http://valid.canardpc.com/kz8mzl
g41 chipset usually tops out on fsb below 400.
So @ 343..you're about at that chipset's limit.
see if there's jumpers..
If you want to overclock with 775,you need a p35,p45,x38, or x48 chipset.
G41 will do it a little..but not much.
