What is the total TDP of my system b/c I want to water cool. If you would also recommend all the components for water cooling loop that would be awesome! My specs are:

Cpu -- 2x intel Xeon w3680
Ram -- 32gb Corsair Dominator
Platinum 1866mhz
Psu -- Rosewill Lightning 1300watt
Case -- Xigmatek Elysium
Storage -- 2x 4gb western digital
512gb samsung pro ssd
Video Card -- waiting for high end

P.S. Price wise I would like to keep the cooling loop under $1000 but would splurge for best performance
