Help with mATX build

Hello
I got a Fractal node 304 as a gift, looking to fill it with the best cost/performance components (I have limited budget & I don't know much about components enough to compare them side by side)

I mainly do 3D (3ds max) but no hard core rendering & some gaming but don't need to run them at ultra settings (1920x1080)
Another aspect that is important to me is low noise, my last computer was like having a jumbo 747 in the room :-)

Any pointers & suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks!

was looking at those;
Intel Core i3 4130
ASUS B85M-G mATX
Noctua NH-L9i LGA1150/1155/1156 Low Profile Heatsink
Be Quiet! Pure Power L8 500W
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA 6Gbps
Patriot Viper 3 8GB 2X4GB PC3-12800 DDR3
MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti OC TwinFrozr IV
Samsung SE-208 8x Slim Portable External DVD Writer Black USB2.0
Windows 8.1

Thanks!
