Might be that it's two separate packages, mixing DRAM even of the same exact model can be problematic. They sell DRAM in a variety of packages for a few reasons, among them the sticks in a package are all tested to work together, also the XMP programming is done by the package, i.e. 4 sticks require a higher tRFC advanced timing than do 2 sticks, this is why 4 stick sets cost more than a pair of 2 stick sets generally, the additional testing. Problem also, in part is few AMD CPUs can run 4 sticks of 1866 DRAM, they (the FX CPUs) are only rated up to 2 sticks at 1866 (1 stick per channel), best bet might be to try running 1600 at 9-9-9-26, prob about 1.6 on DRAM voltage and 1.3 with CPU/NB voltage
