Asrock Extreme3 Z77 no POST

I just finished upgrading from an AMD Phenom ii X4 to an Intel i5-3570k, same parts (not same mobo, obviously), and its getting no POST at all. When I remove the ram, it gives 3 beeps, but once i put the ram back in (using only one slot, furthest from the CPU) it goes back to the same thing. The fans turn on, GPU lights come on, hard drives spin up, but thats about it.

So far i've tried unplugging everything except essential power, power button, ram, and CPU, resetting the CMOS, and i've tried running with everything except the video card.

PSU: 700w Cougar
GPU: MSI Twin Frozr 660ti 2gb

Thanks, but I found the problem. It turned out that my BIOS wasn't agreeing with my GPU, and all it needed was to be updated.
