Point of interest. Your motherboard does not support your cpu. It only supports certain 95 watt Processors. Always check the cpu support list provided by
the manufacturer when checking out your Motherboard. Also if you are going to use the video card listed I recommend a mid tower case especially if you plan to game. That way your PC will not be a portable heater. Also the fx8320 is 125 watt. I recommend A Biostar TA 970 Atx, if available. Whatever Brand of board you get make sure it has a decent VRM heatsink. Hope this Helps

Another thing is your cpu cooler. The one you have picked is not designed good enough for the Fx 8250. This is another reason to go with a decent mid tower. One that will have good air flow. If you go Mid tower a Swiftec Polaris 120 would be a great cooler or a Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO.

Your new choice of a motherboard does support the Fx8320. You Plan on gaming though. this meas you are going to be pushing your processor hard for long periods of time. as well as the various componets on your motherboard. this means you need good heatsinks on all necessary components, Vrm, which is to the left of your processor socket. this is available on your Msi 970a G46. It also has a better northbrige heatsink. This is much better choice foe entry level or mid level Gaming. It is well woth the extra cost. It also supports the Fx 8320. with this board you would also be advised to go with at least 1600Mhz 0r 1866 Mhz Memory. This board wil even support 2133 Mhz.
