The mobo (barebones) runs from the PSU just fine and as soon as I put in the APU w/ the heatsink, the mobo will not fully power up. In otherwords, as soon as I hit the power switch, it turns on then off within a second. The green led light on the mobo is on though, notifying that it's recieving power.

Considering the fact that the mobo was pretty much made for the A series APU I didn't think it mattered. Also if the computer doesn't turn on, how am I suppose to know the Bios Versioan anyways.
