Well then, I can't really see where this problem is coming from, have you downloaded all the correct drivers for your graphics card and motherboard? I can't see how this is only starting 3 months after you built it, as opposed to the day you built it. Maybe try cleaning the inside of your PC or running a software check just in case there is some weird virus or something. If that doesn't help it might just be a faulty part in the system.

Well, usually screen fragmentation/artifacts are due to graphics card issues, and that could very well be the problem. I really can't see how it would relate to the power supply unless for some reason the GPU wasn't getting enough power or something, but 600w is more than enough to power a 760 SC. So to further diagnose this problem it would be helpful to know a bit more about the situation:

1) How long have you had this computer/build
2) What games have you tested and seen the artifacts
3) Are you overclocking your CPU
4) How old is your monitor? (Still doesn't explain games closing but may be part of the problem)

That would be very helpful information to have, and feel free to add anything else you think might help.
