I got stuttering issue with my MSI r9 290 GAMING. i've reinstall my driver 3 times even with DDU and the problem doesnt seem to disappear.
the temp of the GPU are also fine, 70-85c when gaming. for VRM, it reaches 85c.
games i played is FIFA 14 (after 4 min the match is like scratch DVD), Sleeping dog (sometimes stuttering), and DOTA 2 (after a minutes of playing, the game seems to stutter)
all games are not in vsync.
