Hello
My system specs->
Core I7 3770K
Asrock Extreme 4
Corsair Vangeance 4GB x2 RAM
Seagate barracuda 1TB HDD
Samsung 840 SSD 120GB
Corsair Tx850M Power Supply
Cooler Master 690 2 Plus Cabinet
ATI sapphire 7950 vector-x boost edition 3gb graphics card
And these are my coolers->
Corsair H100i Cooler for cpu-> Dont know on which slot, connected by a mechanic
Cooler Master 90 CFM Red LED Cooler for cabinet-> CHA_FAN3
Cooler Master 90 CFM Green LED Cooler for cabinet-> CHA_FAN1 (which supports PWN but since this fan does not have it, I connected it to 3 pins only)
2 default cooler that came with my cabinet (one that blue led cooler and other at CHA_FAN2)
Two coolers present in my gpu inbuilt

Here are my temperature and RPM readings taken with HWMonitor->

As you can see, my fan RPMs are very high.
1) I am unable to know what RPM is for which fan
2) Can this rate damage my fans?

And one more thing is that I connected Cooler Master 90 CFM Green LED Cooler to CHA_FAN1 slot which supports OWM, but since this fan is not having PWM and has only 3 pins, I connected it to the other three pins, leaving one pin empty.

So please help me regarding readings.

PS-> I am on windows 8.1 Pro x64. That screenshot is themed version.

Solution
no it's fairly normal. and wont damage your fans. what you can do is unplug the fast fan and put a silencing adapter on it (they come with most fans) the h100i fans can get to some crazy speeds without damaging
