Hello everyone,

I am using my stock cooler. ( partly because I don't have the money to buy an after market cooler yet)

I don't even have a dedicated GPU yet.

However I decided to OC anyways. I know could be a bad idea.

Temps are:
CPU 45c
Mobo 30c
IGPU is 1402Mhz

I have a 4760k i5
Asus z87 pro mobo
stock cooler 1866 ram

Tell me what you think...

Should I stop what I am doing and and go back to default or leave it. Is it stable at these temps or am I in a danger and acting real dumb?

Ty

i would advise against it, it will make your cpu hotter, and having a stock cooler does not help.

besides, let us say you happened to oc it somewhat, it will not be night and day anyway. IGP is just like that, slow. so save up, get a decent psu and a good gpu. your cpu is good already

Ty, I already did OC and those are the temps that I got with the OC on the iGPU is that too high? I mean I do notice a difference for sure... but are those pretty high temps?
