The Sabertooth motherboard is great, but is a bit of overkill... Overclock as you please!

Good choice on motherboard/CPU. I have the same motherboard and love it but i got the 8120 instead(cheaper). Everything else looks good except that power supply I would change that to something else that is 80 Plus certified. You can check good power supplys here: http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx Obiously the lower the tier(tier 1) the better Tier 5 is not recommended and thats where your power supply you have in your list is.

Also for the price of that 760 you might as well spend a little more to get a gigabyte 770 4gb. You wont regret it. I play BF4 1080p on ultra msaa x4 with my gigabyte 770 4gb.

+1 he should go with a 770 tho if he wants to play next gen games on ultra...Also what he means is the sabertooth is over kill because it is solely meant for overclocking. But It's the best board i've ever owned. TO each his own!
