I had a horrible virus/trojan (not sure what) wreak havoc on my two laptops and android fone at the same time and now my xbox live is acting strange. I cant get in my account, some apps are not available for me suddenly. The only thing all 4 units had in common was the wi-fi connection. Please help, Im not techsavvy in the least. Thanks

XBox is very unlikely to be infected with viruses - who would go to the bother of writing an XBox-compatible virus when there are millions of Windows computers to hit?.
