If there are total three pins then by removing the jumper from its current position and plugging in the other two pins and then plugging in the original pins.
If there are only two pin, remove the jumper, wait for a second
, and then plug in.

Well in this model there are just 2 pins and no jumper. thats why it's weird. I dont really get it.

Ok. Are you sure you are looking at right pins. CMOS clear pins are right beneath the last PCIe slot near its left most end.
Else look on the board for any other available jumper. Use it but don't forget to return it
