I would still recommend the rosewill CPU, but I doubt you ever will notice any difference.

Well see, i dont have a full build yet, i have an intel core i5 3570.
The graphics i am rpobably going to need a new psu for, depending on how much money appears in my account later today.
I will try to get my other specs later, but am at school on a laptop and cannot get it yet.
