Hello. I've asked for help before and you guys have been amazing so I thought id rack your brains one more time.

Firstly let me apologise for awful layout of this thread. I'm on my phone.

I've recently built a gaming PC to this spec

I5 4670k 3.4ghz
G45-z78 msi MOBO
2x 4gb low profile vengeance RAM
1TB HDD
Msi 280x r9 OC edition 3gb

I've been getting SERIOUS artifacting when playing higher end games, like assassins creed, Archeage and Thief.

I've tried every possible driver available, tried under clocking , overclock ect.

The graphic card has a 6 pin and 8 pin power connection. My PSU is currently plugged into both "corsair cx600m"

My question is, is it suppose to be plugged into both? What else do Y'all suggest I try?

I'm playing on my 32inch Samsung tv ATM, which has a suggested res 1366x786. Which is fine until my wages go in.

I've tried DVI , HDMI and display.

Any suggestions would be great :)

I had gigabyte at the time so I didn't use msi but you can. Works all the same. See what a standard card speed..not the oc version and set it to that. See if it works..then slowly creep your settings back up. Some games are more demanding than others. So some factory over clocks become strained
