things you can check:
Make sure if you have inserted your gpu into slot closest to cpu i.e. PCIE X16 slot.
Check if you have attached all connector needed by your gpu.
Check ram, if you have inserted it properly, if yes just try single stick.
If nothing works, unplug your power supply cable from psu. Take out the battery from motherboard, and wait for 5 mins or more. Now insert the battery and plug the cable and then boot your pc.

Kindly write your build specs.

Yes, complete system specs would be very helpful. Perform all the steps in this troubleshooting checklist and let us now how it goes.

Those are not complete system specs. What model A10 processor? That doesn't narrow down the motherboard to a specific model. There is more than one MSI MF2 E35 motherboard (FM2-A75MA-E35, FM2-A85XMA-E35, etc...) What is the exact model number that you have? What is the model number for your stick of RAM? What PSU do you have? The more information you can provide the better.

Fm2-a75ma-E35

Corsair vengeance 1x 8gb stick
Corsair cx430m power box
Thank-you again

Thank you. That is getting much closer to complete system specs. We now just don't know the model number of the RAM. Have you performed all the steps in the checklist linked above?

Also in the mother board book it says
"Due to chipset recourse usage ,the system will only detect up to 15+GB of memory (not full 16 ) when all DIMM slots have 8GB memory modules installed.
