Quite simply I am having an issue with only one game ( Guild Wars 2 ). The FPS in this game are literally 15-30 in almost all areas. My build is pretty good (not best) and I am able to get at least 60 FPS in ALL other games on this build. The drivers are up to date and all temps are within range.
