Solution
This is much better in every aspect, more value for the money and better choosen parts which are better for under 700$.

Switch out the PSU, there is an $19.99 500W Thermaltake option at TigerDirect and a $19.99 430W Corsair option at a lot of places. The RAM is overkill to be honest, you would make better use of that money by downgrading to 8GB and throw the money at a GeForce 760 GPU.

I agree, the PSU you have selected is no good, Go with the corsair, also I would suggest saving money and getting I caviar blue 1tb drive because the SSHD drives don't really seem to be that beneficial for the price, you would be better off with full SSD in the future

I would, The price/performance difference between them both is not that great plus they only come with 8GB SSD built in, If you are after true performance gain then I would always recommend a true SSD, with the sacrifice of course being more money.

To be fair yes I would, The GTX 660 is pretty darn good considering its price, if you where to pair it along side the A8 then the processes could very well become a bottleneck, the FX processes are good , but if you are mainly after gaming then you cant go wrong with Intel they out perform AMD in single threaded processing. Depends on your budget really.

Still a bad build, the one I suggested is a lot better for every part.
More than 1600MHz wont do much more in gaming, you pay extra for more. Also the timings go up and are slower.
Case has a nice look but for the budget you could get a better choice.
GPU is a bit weak.
CPU total waste.
PSU is good for the price.

im not trying to go over 650 so your build is kind out of the way
when you say my cpu is a waste what should i change it to
and where is the 1600MHz coming from and what can i change to lower it and not pay extra

The GPU is a little weaker than the GTX 760 and a lot faster than the GTX 660. If you want the original case you can use the 430w PSU and get the case.
