I accidentally reinstalled OEM System Builder. Everything is gone and I can't connect to the internet. Please help!

You accidentally installed a whole OS? I'm not sure how that can be done.
Well...everything that was on it is gone. There might be some recovery tool that may help, but I wouldn't count on it. And the more you use it, the less likely it is to work.
As far as getting things to work? You'll have to go to the manufacturers website, and get all the drivers. Put them on a USB stick, and reinstall them.
