my wifi dongle will not connect to smart tv, all it do is flash green wont go to blue, have tried all settings wont have it, any ideas thanks.ps it do ask for security key but the dongle is contract I phoned them and they did,nt have a clue how to get security key

The device manufacturer will not know the security key. That is individual to your WiFi setup. Your WiFi security key is entered into the TV's system during network setup. Is the dongle made for the TV or is it generic? Do you know your WiFi security key? Can you tell us more about the steps you took to set it up?
