Hi, could someone suggest a good and cheap pc build for about 500$, I want a pc that could run all them modern games like Assassins Creed 4 and Battlefield 4 Etc
I bought ASC 4 to find out that my Laptop cannot run it in a decent FPS :(
So could someone suggest a good build ?

Solution
Really wish people wouldn't post builds with mail in rebates turned on. It is somewhat deceiving as they are never guaranteed. People can easily forget them.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($118.49 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($59.99 @ Microcenter)
Memory: A-Data XPG V2 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($68.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Hitachi Deskstar 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($52.00 @ Amazon)
Video Card: XFX Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB Video Card ($99.99 @ Best Buy)
Case: NZXT Source 210...
500.00 is a low budget for pc gaming. BF4 multiplayer is going to be out of reach of any system in that range to be running at constant smooth fps.

Solution
I don't think your budget will allow you to do what you want.

You might come close with a build based on the new amd apu cpu's because of their superior integrated graphics.
But, when it comes time to install a stronger discrete graphics card, the cpu will become your limiting factor.

You might start by looking at some tom's budget builds:

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/budget-mini-itx-gaming-pc,3513.html
Prices and individual parts will have changed, but you get the idea.
Budget 2x the cpu cost for your graphics card.
