Which is the best of these 3 coolers?

My rig:
Motherboard- M5A97 LE R2.0
CPU- fx-8320
GPU- gtx 770 4gb with acx cooling
RAM- 8gb of Vengence RAM
PSU- CX600 by Corsair
Case- NZXT Switch 810
HDD- .5 tb (I think by Sandisk)

Phanteks PH-TC12DX

NZXT Havik

Zalman cnps 9900max

I am mainly looking for a quiet cooler that is quieter than the stock cooeler for the fx 8320

for that cpu the havik would give the most headroom. assuming you buy decent fans for it.
the zalman isnt as good as it was for the 775 cpu's and does get pretty noisy.

I would recommend Noctua NH-U14S. It is the best performing cooler like its brother 14D and is quite quiet

If looking for quiet cooler only then go for Zalman cnps 9900max otherwise Phanteks will be good enough. Don't just look at dBA but also look at CFM. Higher CFMs are required with low-mid dBA

Can't comment from personal experience on the 3 you listed. But I've read the Havik and Zalman is good.

Also some quiet coolers I would recommend...

Phanteks TC14PE is a great performer, but you may need to get the right mounting plate for some AMD CPUs.. Noctua NH-D14 is also great. And the Cooler Master Hyper212 EVO is also very good if you are on a budget.

All 3 perform very well and are not loud.
